Adriano Galliani has publicly thanked Milan's fans for their feverish support in last night's Champions League match with Real Madrid.



The game finished 1-1 to put the Rossoneri in a good position to qualify for the next round, and the vice-president is grateful for the backing of the fans to secure an important result.

"I want to thank our fans for the great show of commitment to the Rossoneri colours that was given yesterday at San Siro before the game and then for the entire 90 minutes," Galliani communicated via the club's official website.

"The choreographies were wonderful, appropriate for such an event like Milan-Real Madrid.

"If the two teams on the pitch last night represented a big part of the history of European football, the passion and the warmth of the Milanisti were also confirmed yesterday as an added value for all of us who love Milan. Thanks a lot."
